Exchange & Return Policy

Linen by Linen team always wants to create things that bring you comfort and delight in every single moment. Therefore, if you are confused about your purchase, we will offer you either returning or exchange it for another item. 

Order Modification 

If you would like to add items to or remove items from your existing order, please contact us at info@linenbylinen.com before the order is shipped. We will then either send the modified invoice for outstanding payment or refund the difference.

Online refund and Exchange policy exchange

We offer you the right to return and exchange within 7 days of receiving the delivery. 

If you want to return or exchange an item, please email us at info@linenbylinen.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. We will provide you with details on how to return your item. 

Exchanges may be for product or store credit. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We will not provide refunds or exchanges for products that are returned damaged or not in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued once the product has been received in good condition.

In-store refund & Exchange policy

In-store returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase for refund or exchange on unused products in their original condition. Receipt required for returns. 

Items returned with a gift receipt are eligible for exchange only. Original packaging must accompany returns. 

Sale items are FINAL SALE

All in-store and online sale items are final sales. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.
