We ship Linen to you! both domestic Canada and international destinations. 

Order processing and delivery time

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Most of our Linen is in the warehouse and ready to ship within 1 - 3 business days. Orders made on Friday afternoons, during weekends, and on holidays will be prepared the next business day. In that case, please allow additional business days for your orders to be prepared and dispatched. After the orders are processed, courier delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

We are not liable if a shipment is lost, misdelivered, damaged, or delayed because of circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances include: terrorist activity; strikes; labor actions; an "act of God," for example an earthquake, cyclone, storm, or flood; "force majeure," for example diseases, war, plane crash, or embargo; import/export clearance delays; any defect or characteristic to do with the nature of the shipment, even if known to us when we accepted it; or any action or omission by anyone outside PostNL, DHL, USPS, or their agents, for example the sender of the shipment, the recipient, or an interested third party, Customs or government officials, or other carriers or third parties with whom we contract to deliver to destinations that we do not serve directly.

Canada domestic shipping

Orders can be picked up Monday - Sunday, from 12 pm - 6 pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Flat rate shipping

We offer FREE ground shipping to Canada on all orders. 

International shipping

To the US

• We offer FREE ground shipping to the US on all orders. This includes all 50 States (including Alaska and Hawaii) as well as military bases/APO/DPO/FPO.
• For orders to American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands, we charge a CAD12 flat rate. Taxes and duties for any US shipment will be paid by the receiver when the total value of the package exceeds $800 USD.

To the European countries

• We ship from the Netherlands through PostNL or DHL. Therefore, we offer FREE shipping to NL customers on ALL orders above 20 EUR.
• For the UK and the rest of the EU countries, shipping is FREE for orders over 100 EUR. For orders under 100 EUR, we charge a flat rate of approx. 14 EUR. 

Rest of the World

For our global Linen lovers, we’re excited to offer shipping to most international destinations with a flat rate of CAD 35. Please note that taxes, duties, and additional fees may apply based on your country's regulations.

To Australia and New Zealand

With a heavy heart, we must share that currently, we are unable to offer shipping to Australia and New Zealand. This isn’t a decision we’ve made lightly, and we truly hope to find a way to serve our valued customers in these regions in the future. We are immensely grateful for your interest and support and look forward to the day we can deliver our Linen to your doorsteps. Thank you for your understanding.

In our efforts to connect more of the world with our Linen, we are delighted to offer FREE shipping to our customers in China. Embrace the luxury and comfort of our Linen without the extra cost.
